  • Jennifer McGee

    Founder

    Jennifer McGee is an artist, author, speaker, and special needs parent. Her special needs child Isahiah came to live with her when he was 15 years old. During her time getting closer to Isahiah and adapting to her new reality, she realized that there is a significant need for education and advocacy for people like him. This inspired her to write a children’s book series Izzy Can't Talk to create an educational tool for families and the community to start conversations about disabilities and autism. She pours her passion into the art she creates as her voice for advocacy.

    Chief of Inspiration

    Isahiah is an amazing young man who leaves an impression on everyone he meets. He is so innocent and full of life. he is nonverbal, has Profound Autism and Developmental Delays. He finds joy and contentment in the little things, like his colorful caterpillar toy. His daily support challenges are really hard, but his spirit is so strong and admirable.

  • David Diamond

    Art Director

    David Diamond is an illustrator and animator with a BFA in Animation from SCAD Atlanta. He loves creating whimsical cartoon characters and he excels at using his illustrations to tell engaging stories. David has 5 years of experience in the animation industry and now works on his true passion of helping create stories and artwork that aim to reach under represented communities. David believes that his zany cartoons are a fun way to bring communities together and he aims to help spark conversations with them.

  • Zoey Qu

    Lead Illustrator

    Zoey Qu is an illustrator and graphic designer with an MFA in Illustration from SCAD. Specializing in vibrant, color-driven storytelling, she creates inclusive, inspiring visuals that empower communities. She leads illustration and graphic design efforts for her team, collaborating closely with the art director to align creative vision and achieve strategic goals. Zoey’s work merges bold aesthetics with purposeful narratives, fostering representation and engagement through art.

  • Rakee Chen

    Product Designer

    Rakee Chen is a designer whose work lives at the crossroads of digital fashion, textile innovation, and storytelling. She has a background in industrial design and specializes in 3D modeling, textile innovation, and structural design. Her career shifted when she worked as a costume designer for sci-fi films and games. This experience helped her discover a passion for digital fashion and the connection between material, technology, and storytelling.
